1. Introduction

Smiling-Love.com always works to protect and respect your privacy - and it is always our intention and goal to process personal data responsibly and appropriately. With this Privacy Policy, we want to inform all visitors to our digital channels (including our website, users of online payment sites and followers on social media) as well as business partners, customers and potential customers about which personal data is processed by Smiling-Love.com.

Our ambition is that your personal data is processed securely and correctly, taking into account appropriate technical and organizational security measures. This can be, for example, name, address, telephone number and in SmilingLove's Family Club also date of birth and age. 

What processing of personal data does SmilingLove do?

Everything that SmilingLove does with personal data is called processing, regardless of whether this happens automatically or manually. It applies eg. collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modifications, compilation, reading, use, disclosure of transmission, dissemination, adjustment or combination, limitation, deletion or destruction.

2. Processing of personal data in SmilingLove

2.1 What personal data is collected?

When you visit or use our websites, use our apps and other digital channels or communicate with us via digital channels or by telephone, we collect information about you. We register and uses different types of personal data depending on which products, campaigns or services you are interested in.

  • Basic personal data – e.g. your name, your contact details and your date of birth.
  • Information about the services and products we provide to you, including how you use them and your preferences in that connection.
  • Trade history/trade information

SmilingLove has placed so-called "cookies" in several of our digital channels. These cookies are used to collect information about how you using the digital channel. 2.2 Personal data to third parties
We do not pass on information to a third party. We don't use your information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.

SmilingLove can use external partners/suppliers (and data processors) to perform tasks on behalf of SmilingLove as for example placing orders in the WEB SHOP, IT hosting and marketing activities.

External collaboration partners for SmilingLove are via data processing agreements subject to the same security requirements and duty to protect as stated in this policy.

It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data does not become abused. That is why we make high demands on our business partners when your personal data is used by others than SmilingLove, and ours partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.

Regardless of whether we pass on your personal data to business partners, which have a place of business in countries within or outside the EU, we have entered into agreements with them in order to ensure that their level for personal data protection complies with applicable legislation.

If it becomes relevant with collaboration partners outside the EU (i third countries), will special security measures be taken – including in the case of agreements that contain standard contract provisions for transfer of personal data approved by the EU Commission and available on the EU Commission's website.

If you visit or communicate with us via social media accounts media, meaning third-party platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, can SmilingLove receive information about your profile and your interactions on the third-party platform from the supplier thereof.

SmilingLove also passes on information to others when necessary in order to fulfill agreements with you. This can, for example, be in in connection with order mediation, where SmilingLove passes on information to your bank in order to complete an order.

2.3 What is the purpose of the processing of personal data?

We register and use personal data about you for several reasons. The personal data that is collected and processed about you and as stated above under section 2.1, is processed by SmilingLove or their respective data therapists in order to be able to offer you the best and most relevant offer – and sort less relevant information and campaigns from. This means that we register and use yours personal data with the following purposes:

  • To be able to secure you targeted and relevant campaigns and offers.
  • To be able to communicate with you in connection with contact via online booking and ordering systems, and account on social media.
  • To be able to analyze and group guests and potential guests by choices, prioritization and preferences, so that we can target better our marketing efforts, recommendations, product range/product development, offers and campaigns etc.
  • To be able to maintain, develop, test and improve our systems, such as newsletters, online ordering, etc.
  • Marketing purposes, including for marketing per mail and email.

2.4 Legal basis and legitimate interest in processing of personal data

SmilingLove processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law legislation. We therefore only process your personal data in connection with:

  • It is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you, including answer your inquiries to us.
  • We have consent in the form of your confirmed registration.
  • Direct marketing and owner book information for investor enquiries. We only register and use your personal data if our purpose clearly outweighs your interest in us not doing it.

3. How long do we process your personal data?

We therefore store your personal data for as long as your membership is maintained and we deliver a service or product. We will delete yours personal data when there is no longer a contractual basis to treat them. The storage period is determined according to the obligations SmilingLove at any time may be subject to under applicable legislation and public authorities such as Tax and internal audit purposes, as well as to secure documentation.

4. Security in connection with the protection of personal data

SmilingLove wants to ensure high security around the protection of your personal data, and we therefore have relevant technical and IT security measures to protect your personal data from for example unauthorized access, alteration and destruction.

5. Restrictions in connection with the provision of personal data

We do not immediately pass on any information from our systems and databases, unless we are talking about information that is required by law, in the form of reports to authorities.

6. Access to your personal information and the right to complain

You have, according to current legislation, the right to any any time to request access to the personal data that we registers on you. Furthermore, you can always request:

  • To have incorrect personal data corrected.
  • To withdraw from SmilingLove´s Family Club.
  • To have your personal data processed by Smiling-Love.com

7. Processing of personal data about children

SmilingLove collects can via registration of family members and theirs birthdays have personal data from children under 18 - and that it is assumed that registration takes place with the guardian's consent.
